Mockup requests

When you submit the mockup request form, I collect your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, current website, and message. I also record which page or link the request came from.

This is used only to reply to you about your request and, if you become a client, to work on your project. Submissions are stored in this site's secure database and emailed to me so I can respond. Only I can read them. I do not sell or share your information, and I do not add you to a marketing list.

Checkout and payments

Payments and Care plan subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch this site's servers.

When you check out, I receive and store your email address, the plan you chose, the amount paid, and the payment status, so I can match payments to projects and manage your subscription. If you start a Care plan, Stripe also keeps your billing details so you can manage your plan through its secure customer portal.

Analytics (Plausible)

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, EU-hosted analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not store personal data, and does not track you across other websites. Visitors are counted anonymously.

Plausible also counts two simple events: when a mockup request form is submitted, and when a checkout for a plan begins or completes. These events contain which page or plan was involved — never your name, email address, or anything that identifies you.

Visitor analytics (Origami)

Origami receives page paths and a random visitor ID to measure visits and recognize returning browsers. Requests also transmit your IP address to Origami. Its _ov_vid cookie lasts up to 395 days. I do not send names, email addresses, form contents, or customer matching identifiers to Origami. This is visitor analytics, not advertising or customer matching. In regions requiring consent, and when your region cannot be determined, it loads only after you accept Visitor analytics. Elsewhere it runs unless you opt out. Cookie settings in the footer lets you withdraw at any time; withdrawal deletes the cookie and blocks further Origami reporting. Your browser stores each choice, its time, the region consent requirement, and the notice shown, preserving previous choices when you withdraw.

Google Ads measurement

When I run Google ads for this site, the Google tag measures ad clicks and counts when a visitor sends a mockup request. Google receives the page visited, the ad click, and that a request was sent — never the contents of your form, your name, or your email. In the EU, UK, Switzerland and Quebec this runs on cookies only if you click Accept; if you reject, Google receives only cookieless signals. Elsewhere it runs unless you opt out. Change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Google handles this data under Google's advertising privacy terms.

Children under 13

If a mockup request is for someone under 13, a parent or guardian must send it and confirm their consent on the form. I only use a child's details to reply to that parent or guardian. If I learn that a child's details were sent without that consent, I delete them. A parent can ask to see or delete a child's details at any time using the email below.

Services this site relies on

• Stripe: payments and Care plan billing.
• Plausible: cookie-free visitor counts.
• Origami: optional cookie-based visitor analytics.
• Google Fonts: the site's typefaces, loaded from Google's servers, which see your IP address.
• Gmail (Google): sends replies, receipts and notices about your request or plan.
• Lovable Cloud: hosts the site and stores mockup requests and payment records securely.

None of these are used for advertising. Cookie details are in the cookie policy.

Emails

I only email you about your own request, payment or plan. Reply "stop" to any email and I won't send you anything else except required receipts.

Deleting your information

Email hello@valkyriedev.dev and I'll delete your submission or payment record. No explanation needed.
